Hi Al, thanks for the note. I've added your suggestion to the APIs page. I've seen this idea at work on PayPal and other tools, it's pretty useful. At a minimum I imagine we'll need to provide the data for download in some useful format. Are there any standard formats or protocols we should be aware of when thinking about this?

Hi

My name is Al from the Folknology blog, we are working on a web based project to aid individuals, micro businesses and even SMEs. We are passionate about makeing tools to making financial management for these user simple. We are integrating advertising liuke adsense earnings, affiliate cimmisions like Amazon and transaction based trade around media, content information time etc.. Most of this revenue/earning is recorded electronically and we are working with as many partners in the web world to tie these into our accounting tools. We normally do this by accessing an API to gather the finacial information on behalf of our particapants/clients.

Can you add an API to gain such finacial information on behalf of our commn clients and thus deliver joint benefits to those clients.

let me know your thoughts

regards
Al

PS my email ids on the Folknology.com
